Hamilton House Broadgate Estates is a twelve-storey high office building, completed in 2004, with in total 7.000 m2 curtain walling. The south elevation is curved, with almost story high glazing, with a fading white coating to hide the ceiling and floor zones and provide privacy. The cladding panels at the other elevations have 3 m. wide glass and at each floor a large, aluminium fin.
